Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 or Argireline(tm) reduces mechanisms of wrinkle formation. 

Palmitoyl-Pentapeptide 3 or Matrixyl(tm) stimulates collagen synthesis and dermal matrix repair. 

This system delivers:  8% Matrixyl 3000  and 15% Argireline

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients Distilled Water and Hydroxyethylcellulose with mixing until uniform.
2. Add remaining ingredients with mixing until uniform 

Modifications:

To make thicker use more Hydroxyethylcellulose ready-to-blend and use less water

To make thinner use less Hydroxyethylcellulose ready-to-blend and use more water
