FORMULARY:  LOTION BAR

 

This lotion bar is a heavy-duty moisturizer for elbows and heels.

INGREDIENT	% of total	500 g	2 cups	Function
Part A
Beeswax	25	125	1/2 cup	Thickener
Cocoa Butter	25	125	1/2 cup	Moisturizer
Sweet Almond Oil	50	250	1 cup	Moisturizer
Total	100 %	500g	2 cups

 Instructions

• Combine ingredients of Part A with mixing and heat to 80C/176F.
• When uniform, remove from heat.
•  Pour into containers (cosmetic jar).

Add fragrance oil if desired….

• Honey Almond
