This blend is fully hydrated and easy to use to thicken up shampoos.
Hydroxyethylcellulose is a modified fiber component of plants that is used in cosmetics as a thickening agent and to bind other ingredients together.
This Hydroxyethylcellulose ready-to-blend solution is a thick clear gel which can be dropped into the shampoo base easily and thickens to desired viscosity.

To a 1 gallon shampoo base for 5% addition, add 188g or 3/4 cup
