Cyclomethicone (and) Dimethicone Copolyol
This blend imparts long-lasting, substantive properties to skin and hair care products. It also acts as a carrier to deliver active ingredients in skin care products. In addition to offering water resistant/waterproof, smooth, silky feel and a soft, non-greasy feel. In hair care products, it is often used in cuticle coats, gels and shampoos for softness, silky feel, dry hair conditioning and manageability and improves wet combing. It is a clear slightly viscous liquid with low odor. Typical use level: 1%-40%
